ReadyServicePro — Terms of Service

Welcome to ReadyServicePro ("Service"), a product of UserBuilders LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using ReadyServicePro, including our website, web widgets, voice agents, scheduling tools, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

ReadyServicePro is an AI-powered lead capture, intake, and scheduling platform designed for service professionals such as HVAC technicians, plumbers, roofers, electricians, and similar trades. The Service may include web-based chat widgets, AI-powered voice agents, automated scheduling, and lead management tools.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

ReadyServicePro uses artificial intelligence ("AI") technology to power various features, including but not limited to voice agents, chat interactions, lead intake, and scheduling assistance.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI technology is not perfect and may produce errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected responses.
  • AI-generated responses should not be treated as professional advice of any kind (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise).
  • The AI may occasionally misunderstand requests, provide incomplete information, or generate responses that do not fully reflect your business's services, pricing, availability, or policies.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any information captured, communicated, or scheduled by the AI on your behalf.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated output.
  • The AI does not replace human judgment, and important business decisions should not be made solely based on AI-generated content.

We continuously work to improve our AI systems, but by using the Service, you accept these inherent limitations of AI technology.

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information your AI-powered tools communicate to your customers (such as service offerings, pricing, and availability) is accurate and up to date.

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems or networks.
  • Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in deceptive marketing practices.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and design — are the exclusive property of UserBuilders LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as calendaring systems, CRM tools, or payment processors). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to those services' own terms and policies.

8. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice.
  • Perform maintenance that may temporarily affect availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • In no event shall UserBuilders LLC, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
  • Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless UserBuilders LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) shall survive.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless both parties agree to resolve the matter in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and UserBuilders LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
